Hello Ritesh,
TISS is the best institute in it's field. Consequently it's quite tough to get admission there. And then as one can guess CTC is also quite good. Average CTC of about 16L is reported.

It depends on what you want to pursue if teaching in school then B.Ed is compulsory if you want to go in research field ten B.Ed and PhD both are required along with a post-graduate degree.
