The entrance exams into the Master of Arts in English vary from place to place. For instance, for 2024 the crucial exams are CUET PG, which will go ahead from March 11-28, 2024. Some universities may conduct their entrance exams; though the dates will be on varying times. For instance, TISSNET is held in the 4th week of February 2024. You should check for the dates at the institutes you are applying to since they may have different timelines and requirements for their MA English programs.

It depends upon your interest and career goals.If you want a become a professor ot assistant professor MA is better.if you are interested in a dept subject knowledge MA is a better option.if you want to become a teacher in schools, colleges, or other academic institutions. Then B.Ed is better .

For M.A Journalism and Mass Communication, a syllabus of focused areas covering journalism, mass communication and media studies is required to prepare for. The syllabus normally covers about 10-12 papers per semester, i.e 4-6 papers in the first semester and 4-6 papers in the second semester. Introduction to Journalism and Mass Communication, Media and Society, Reporting and Editing, Broadcast Journalism, Research Methodology are just a few topics covered. Also, study for entrance exams like IPU CET, DUET, or JNUEE for areas like current affairs, media and communication and analytical skills. It takes 4 to 6 months to prepare as well

Though the exam is held in various centres across the country, the college has an online entrance test and the results will be announced within a few days after the exam. The MA subject you are going for should be based on the bachelor's degree you had. Plus, you must have interest in the subject and should align with your career goals.

You cannot do a B.Ed in Special Education through distance learning with 45% in graduation as most of the institutions require minimum 50% marks in graduation to enroll for this program. Eligibility criteria for B.Ed in Special Education usually requires that candidates should have at least 50% aggregate marks in the undergraduate degree from a recognised university. Some universities may offer relaxation of 5% for the candidates belonging to the reserved category, but that doesn't match up with your present qualifications.
