Yes, a Diploma in Elementary Education D.El.Ed and MA together are possible, where the mode of one of these is regular and that of the other is distance mode.Duration:D.El.Ed: This Diploma takes an average of 2 years.MA: The Master of Arts programme generally takes 2 years.Guidelines:According to UGC guidelines, you are allowed to study two academic programs at the same time if your class schedules do not overlap. Yes, you can go ahead and apply for an MA (H) in History at DU SOL itself after a B.Sc in Physics from DU. The eligibility criteria for DU SOL MA History programme say that you could have pursued BA or any other discipline at the Bachelor's level. But it's always safe to refer to the admission guidelines and criteria specific for the year you are applying to make sure about the eligibility.

Jamia Millia Islamia does not conduct an interview for admission to MA (English Hons.) course. It is primarily entrance-based conducted by the university. The entrance exam comprises two parts: Part A (Multiple Choice Questions relating to English Literature and Theory) and Part B (Subjective Essay-Type Questions on Criticism and Literary Critique). Only those scoring well in the entrance exam are eligible for admission.
