Eligibility for pursuing M.A. again depends on the specific university or institution's admission criteria. Most universities allow students to pursue a second master's degree if they meet the required minimum percentage, usually around 50% in graduation or the previous post-graduate degree. With 48.69% in graduation and 54% in your first M.A., you might be eligible in institutions that consider your postgraduate score. However, some universities strictly evaluate based on graduation marks, which might pose a challenge. It is recommended to check the admission guidelines of the university you're applying to and contact their admission

For the MA, the Andhra University - Kakinada Campus is not really an expensive campus. Compared to a private university, the tuition fees are quite affordable, ranging from around INR 10,000 to INR 30,000 per annum, depending on the specialization. Other additional costs such as books and hostel fees are also low. Scholarships and fee concessions at this campus make it even more budget friendly for those eligible.

Phillips Graduate University could be a better choice over National Louis University if you are interested in specialised programs in psychology and counseling, as it offers focused training in these areas. The fee structure for the 2-year MA Economics programme at VIPS can vary slightly each year. However, based on recent information, the fees typically range between Rs. 1.21 Lacs to Rs. 1.42 Lacs per year. It's important to note that this is just an estimate, and the actual fees may be slightly higher or lower. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, I recommend checking the official VIPS website or contacting the admissions office directly.
