Yes, you can get admission for MA in Psychology in some colleges, if you have scored only 48% marks in graduation. There are some colleges in which you can apply for MA after completion of BA course. You can study the MA Psychology course in the following universities after BA with 48% marks in BA;IGNOU Annamalai University Mahatma Gandhi University Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University

In past two to three years there is no increment in fees and currently the fees structure at S.P. Jain College for Master of Arts (M.A.) is around 3.62 lakh. This college is a reputated college so i think this fees is quite acceptable and its a good option if its in your list.
