Yes, without an honors degree in economics, you can apply for an MA in Economics at Delhi University (DU) or Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). Admission to both universities is via an entrance exam. Regardless of their bachelor's degree, anybody can pursue an MA in Economics at DU's Delhi School of Economics. You can apply for merit or direct admission online. The MA in Economics at JNU is a two-year full-time program. JNU is a research-oriented institution. Without an honors degree in economics, you can apply for an MA in Economics at DU or JNU. You must, however, fulfill the minimal percentage requirement.
