There are a total of 262 seats for MA in English at Delhi University. The number of seats available at Arts Faculty, and other specific colleges are divided on the basis of different student categories. If you belong to the general category, the total number of seats available for you is 106. Hello candidate, there is a 5% relaxation in the minimum marks requirement given to the students belonging to the SC (Scheduled Caste) and ST (Scheduled Tribes) categories as of now. In both the entrance based and merit based cut-off lists as well, the relaxation is offered to the same extent. Further, the seats reserved for SC and ST students can only be occupied by them. In case, some seats are not filled, they will remain vacant only.

Well, this is a very subjective question.
