The AAFT MA registration fee is INR 20,600. This is a one-time refundable deposit. It will be refunded after deducting the application processing fee. Candidates have to pay this registration fee at the time they submit their application form. However, the above fee has been taken from the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to change and, hence, is indicative.

The application process for AAFT MA is divided into various steps. Candidates have to fill out the form, which can be accessed on the official website. Students have to appear for the AAFT GEE entrance examination. Those students who qualify will be eligible to undergo the personal interview round. The selected candidates have to finalise the whole admission procedure which includes the admission fee and producing all important documents. This is a structured approach because it carefully and systematically examines each candidate's suitability for the programme.

The overall AAFT Shiksha rating is 3.6 out of 5. On the contrary, Amity University has a higher rating set at 4.0 out of 5, while LPU (Lovely Professional University) is reputed to be the best of all with its rating of 4.2 out of 5. This marks a situation in which AAFT is accepted as a place where you can get a good education, while Amity and LPU hold the first and second positions, according to the student's reviews.

The tuition fee for the AAFT MA course would be between INR 2.5 lakh and INR 3.4 lakh for the whole course. At the same time, the fee at AAFT seems high when compared with LPU, it is relatively on the lower side when compared with the higher range of LPU. The fee structure at LPU (Lovely Professional University) ranges from INR 40,000 to INR 3.2 lakh. Placement records, and the quality of education overall, may also be considered when comparing these programmes.

The admission process for international applicants in the AAFT MA course does not differ much from that of local candidates. The Admissions Department judges all applicants on the merit basis of the information provided within their applications. International applicants must have completed their mandatory education in their country and must have a working knowledge of the English language at the time of application. Although the requirements for documentation are universal for all who apply, international students must be able to satisfy other requirements by AAFT for a smooth admission process.

Yes, students can provisionally apply for the AAFT MA programme without the results of Class 12 or final-year graduation. However, they must submit all original mark sheets and degrees at admission. The provisional application process allows candidates to join the programme until their final results are announced. Candidates must ensure they fulfil all the eligibility criteria and present the necessary documents before the admission deadline.

The basis of seat allotment in MA programmes offered at AAFT is primarily based on the performance of candidates in the entrance exams. The total number of available seats is 360, with each specialisation allocated 60 seats. Candidates need to qualify with any marks to get admission through the entrance exams. The allotment is based on the performance in the selection round, and thus only the qualified students get to take the seats, which means that the academic environment of a certain programme remains competitive and high quality in nature.

The seat allotments at AAFT for the MA course have been divided fairly across different specialisations for the current academic year 2024. Each and every speciality has 60 seats, ensuring that every one of the programmes is given equal opportunities to induct students. Seat allotments are purely on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the selection round, and therefore, only the most deserving get into each specialism. This actually makes it competitive while also taking care of different interests that may be present in the media and arts fields.

The total number of available seats in the AAFT for the MA programme is 360, with equal allotment of seats for each programme of 60, and the seat allotting process followed is strictly based on the candidates' performance in the entrance test without compromise, ensuring that the competent one is selected for each specialisation. The structured model adopted by AAFT has been able to develop an academic environment as competitive as it is enabling for students with particular interests in different fields.
