Candidates who have cleared the HSC (10+2) or equivalent exam with a minimum passing grade from any  school and hold a degree of B.Arch will be considered eligible for admission. Admission at BVSP is based on a Common Entrance Test (CET) consisting of a Personal Interview and Portfolio Assessment.

The candidate with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in a Bachelor of Architecture degree course recognised by the Council of Architecture shall be admitted to the post graduate course in architecture. Every student has to register himself/herself for each semester individually at the time specified by the School / University. Each academic year consists of two semesters. The curriculum and course content (syllabus) for the M.Arch. (Sustainable Architecture) programme is recommended by the Board of Studies in Architecture and approved by Academic Council.

To eligible for Master of Acitechitecture ( M Arch) progammed in BMS school of Achitecture student must qualify the following eligibility criteria:Student must be passed with 50% marks in Bachelors of Architecture (B.Arch) with recognised board or university.But in the case of SC/ST the pass percentage is 40 %.To study Master of Architecture in BMS school of architecture you have completed Bachelors of Architecture .

Admissions to M.Arch courses at SPA Delhi are made based on a valid GATE/CEED score. Moreover, in order to be eligible a candidate must have a BArch or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, Fine Arts from a recognised university or equivalent. The eligibility criteria for admission to the Master of Architecture (M.Arch) programme at MIT School of Architecture require candidates to have a B.Arch. degree from a recognised university with a minimum CGPA of 6.0 out of 10 or 55% aggregate marks.
