M.Arch Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for admission to M.Arch at School of Planning and Architecture Bhopal are as follows:Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognised institute with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade. Relaxation will be provided to SC/ST/PWD candidates as per government norms.  The admission is based on the performance of candidates in the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture. Candidates must have a valid NATA score to apply for admission. Apart from the academic qualifications and NATA score, candidates will also have to undergo a personal interview and portfolio evaluation round. The personal interview evaluates the candidate's aptitude, creativity, and communication skills. The portfolio evaluation assesses the candidate's design and drawing skills. The final selection of candidates for admission will be based on the composite merit score calculated based on the NATA score, performance in the personal interview and portfolio evaluation round.Candidates must ensure they fulfill all the eligibility criteria mentioned above in order to be considered for admission to the M.Arch programme at School of Planning and Architecture Bhopal. The eligibility criteria are subject to any change in rules and regulations by the institute or regulatory authorities. 

To be eligible for admission to the M.Arch programme at BMS College of Architecture, candidates must meet the following criteria:• Candidates must have a B.Arch or equivalent degree from a recognised institute with at least 50% marks in aggregate.• Candidates must qualify in the M.Arch admission test conducted by the college. The test includes questions to evaluate the candidate's drawing skills, aptitude for architecture, and knowledge of architecture and design. • Candidates who have qualified in NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) or GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) are also eligible to apply.   • The candidate must not be more than 28 years of age as on July 1 of the admission year. Age relaxation is provided as per government rules for reserved category candidates.• Candidates must submit all required documents including mark sheets of qualifying degree, caste and category certificates (if applicable), photo ID proof, and passport size photographs.   • The candidate must also pay the applicable application fee at the time of applying for admission.The final selection of candidates for admission will be based on the candidate's performance in the admission test, qualifying degree marks, and the number of seats available under different categories. School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) Delhi offers a full-time Master of Architecture (M.Arch) course of a two-year duration. Admission to the PG course is based on valid GATE or CEED scores. SPA Delhi offers MArch in three specialisations, including Architectural Conservation, Landscape Architecture, and Urban Design. The final selection for admission to this course is based on performance in the qualifying exam, portfolio of work, personal interaction with faculty and/or written test, interest and motivation for the chosen study and work experience. Hello Vishal Samraj, if you are from general category then I am afraid that you may not become eligible to appear for JEE Advanced if we consider last year's cutoff which was 90.3. I am attaching list of cutoffs for different categories of last year. Cut-off for JEE Advance
Candidates having at least 90.3765335 percentile will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. For EWS students the cut-off is 70.2435518, for OBC it is 72.8887969, SC - 50.1760245, ST - 39.0696101, PwD - 0.06185224
In view of this I would strongly advise you to appear for the remaining two sessions of JEE Mains examination to improve your percentile. Best wishes to you.
