Yes, you can pursue M.Arch after your Bachelors of interior architecture. There are many courses available in many public and private universities in The United States which offers Masters of architecture (3 years graduate degree programme) for candidates who do not have undergraduate architecture background. You can also contact their respective departments for detailed information about the course structure.

Yes, you can apply for the Hotel Management course, but I would rather suggest you to go for a M.Sc course in Tourism this will help you more.

Yes, you can apply, but most importantly in what type of architecture you are interested? There are many types of architecture so first decide it before applying and as your subject in graduation was history. So, if you are interested in ancient architecture style, then try to focus in some more universities in Delhi, Bangalore, etc. kind of places.

I think no, as B.Arch is of 5 years and B.Tech is of 4 years.

Hi,Yes, you can pursue M.Arch after completing BE in Civil. There could be other admission requirements such as GRE, IELTS or TOEFL depending where you want to study. Also, you must submit a portfolio.
