Academy of Architecture are B.Arch and M.Arch and for admission to any of the course, students are required to meet the minimum eligibility criteria as specified by the college. For M.Arch, the candidate is required to have their graduation completed in B.Arch or any other equivalent course from a recognized university. At Mohamed Sathak A.J. Academy of Architecture, the admission criteria is entrance-based for the B.Arch programme. The college accpets NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) to shortlist candidates for admission. The total tuition fee for Mohamed Sathak A.J. Academy of Architecture M.Arch. in Architectural Conservation is INR 50000 for 2 years. The course is divided across 4 semesters and hence the candidates have to pay the fees in four equal intallments. Apart from the tuition fees, candidates also have to pay the application fee and admission fee at the time of admission confirmation.Admission to the M.Arch course is done via the counseling round conducted at Anna University. There do not appear to be any specific scholarship programs mentioned for the M.Arch programme at Balwant Sheth School of Architecture, NMIMS Mumbai. It is also to be noted that Balwant Sheth School of Architecture, NMIMS Mumbai, does not offer 100% scholarships to students for any of its programs.

No, Balwant Sheth School of Architecture, NMIMS Mumbai, does not offer 100% scholarship for the M.Arch program or any other program the institute provides. While there are some scholarship opportunities available at the institute, the institute primarily focuses on merit-based admissions to its courses.
