Give equal time to every subject daily in your Class 12 board exam preparation. It reduces the boredom as well as enables you to finish the portion in a planned way. Create a schedule for one subject at a time. You could modify it as per your preferences. Try and set a specific time to study every day and you will find that it makes things so much easier. I think, first you should go for your GD-PI of XIME and wait for it's result, and if due to some reasons, you are not able to get admission in XIME, then you should keep ITM as an option. You will get admission in ITM till April. Or else, if you are scared that your seat will be taken by some other candidate, then you can reserve your seat by paying an amount of INR 25,000 as registration fees, and if afterwards, you are not willing to take admission in ITM, then you can cancel your registration and only Rs. 1,000 will be deducted from your registration fees as per AICTE norms.

Yes sure! Practice makes a person perfect. If you concentrate from now on, then you can easily crack the exam by little bit guidance and self studies. Also it is better to start the preparation of IIT main because if one start the it from 12 then he/she will not be able to crack it since it is time taking process and needs a lot of hard work, and the boards pressure is also there hence my advice to you start the preparation from now on, only and choose a better coaching for this exam. Best of luck my friend!

Yes, you can apply, but most importantly in what type of architecture you are interested? There are many types of architecture so first decide it before applying and as your subject in graduation was history. So, if you are interested in ancient architecture style, then try to focus in some more universities in Delhi, Bangalore, etc. kind of places.
