Only the passing criteria is required. Also, fees would be starting from 8,000 to 40,000 depends which college or which university is this.

As per the current norms prescribed by NCTE. You must have minimum 50% in your graduate degree from any recognized Indian University. In case of reserved quota the eligibility criteria is 45% minimum.
To get admission in B ED general category candidate must have 45% in graduation ( B A/B SC/ B COM) or 45% in post graduation ( M A/ M SC/ M COM) and SC/ST candidate must have 45% in graduation or in post graduation. So if you don't have 50 % in graduation then you should do Post graduation with 45%. Then you will have sufficient qualification to get admission in B ED. To be eligible for the CAT exam and MBA programme from an IIM, candidates must meet the minimum academic eligibility criteria, which typically requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks or an equivalent CGPA from a recognised university. Since you have completed your M.Com which is a postgraduate degree, it is not clear if you have completed your Bachelor's degree or not. Yes, a candidate with an M.Com EAFM (Master of Commerce in Economics, Accounting, and Finance) degree is eligible to appear for the Indian Economic Services (IES) exam conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). There are very few colleges which provides this type of facility, but if you are able to find any college, which provide this course, so yes you can be able to leave the university in three year and you will be able to get your required job, and sometimes they require experience also for jobs, so you need to do some internships also.

Hi Navratan as You know the final semester examination and their results need to be out only then you can take admission in the MCom course. As before clearing the previous examination you can't take admission in the MCom course.

Yes, you are eligible for M.Com part 2 because the maximum number of KT's allowed to take is 5. It could be a combination of any previous semesters KT. So, if you have 5 or less than that you are good to go.
