M.Com Scope

USA has no guarantee of jobs in any sector until u r sponsored by a company. Firstly, you need to find a employer/job who is willing to sponsor your work VISA. Now on employer's part that costs few thousand dollars, also employer is required to get permission from US labour deptt that they could not find any person of the qualification or experience in their country so they need to hire from a foreign country. which further makes it difficult to find a employer who is willing to take all this pain to hire a foreigner.
After your work VISA, which is H1B, is sponsored, it lasts for 3 years max. then after you have to extend it, which is max extendable to 3 years more, which totals to 6 years. So on work VISA you can work for max of 6 years.

After M Com, you can find suitable openings in Accounting , Administration, Marketing / Sales etc.You may be hired by various Non Banking Finance Companies (NBFCs), corporate firms for Accounts Management positions.
Banking is one of the top industry today as per survey. Many students and graduates wish to get job in banking. High Package and Advantages of Banking service are the main attraction. To get job in various Banks in officer position, you need to clear IBPS Examination. Various Nationalized banks are recruiting Probationary Officers from IBPS List. After getting a good score in IBPS EXAM, you will get job offer from various banking institutions as PO. There will be 1-2 Years probation. After the probation, probationary officers will get placed as Asst. Manager with handsome scale of pay and other advantages like Free Medical Insurance Coverage for Family, Supplementary Allowances etc.
Apart from banking, there are thousands of openings with Private Life Insurance as General Insurance Companies in
1. Sales / Marketing
2. Branch Operations

4. Auditing
5. Under Writing etc.
If you are interested in teaching, Please go for BEd (For HSc). You can apply for the post of Guest Lecturers with Self Financing Colleges. For getting job as Asst. Professors, You should clear UGC NET. M.Com with 55% Marks is required.

After the successful completion of M.Com the candidates will be able to find jobs as:

4. Teachers.

6. Accounts Executives in both the private and the public sectors.

1. Cost Accountancy.

You can now apply for various jobs like:

2. Finance Manager/Executive or

You can also apply for teacher jobs for high school students. However in order to groom your career you need to go for higher studies.
You can also do MBA. This would require preparation for entrance exams. Doing an MBA will open up lots of opportunities for you in different industries. The requirement of knowledge of Math is not high in MBA.
You can do M.Phil and Ph.D in any of the subjects of your choice (Accountancy, Finance and Banking) and then join the Teaching field as a Professor or Banking Industry.
