Yes, the minimum eligibility criteria to become eligible for the UGC NET Exam is having a master's degree with 55% aggregate marks. The candidates who belong from the reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Transgenders) will get the relaxations in the required percentage for the NET Exam.
There is no age limit to appear in NET Exam for Lectureship but if you are going to apply for JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) then the maximum age limit is 30 years. I hope it helps.

You can check the eliliblity criteria Minimum 45% aggregate marks during graduation is allowed for SC/ST candidates of Haryana.
Bachelor's degree must have a minimum of three years of education after higher secondary education (10+2).valid CAT /MAT /CMAT /XAT
Cutoff is 60 and above
