Yes, You can apply for the UGC NET Exam. As per the required eligibility criteria, the candidates who have completed the master's degree with minimum of 55% aggregate marks can apply for the UGC NET Examination. There are also other eligibility norms that you need to understand before submitting the form. For detailed information check this - https://scoop.eduncle.com/ugc-net-exam-eligibility. The National Testing Agency conducts the UGC NET Exam twice a year (June and December). So, you are suggested to appear in any of these two session. As you have pursued M.Com you should apply for the UGC NET Commerce Subject. Hope it Helps.

Dear,
If you are interested in Human Resource management, then I would recommend MBA or PGDM from Best B School, then only you would get good opportunities, Placements and Recognition in the market. Through M.Com you would not get opportunities as per your desire.

Dear,
According to market demand, you should go for MBA finance through regular mode only because through that you would get better placement, knowledge, managerial skills, marketing strategy, financial management, etc. All the best.
