Both MBA and M.Com are good but which one should be pursued by a student depends upon option to follow your future career. For example, if you want to join the corporate sector then you can pursue MBA in any specialisation such as Finance, HR, Marketing, Operation, Information Technology, etc. On the other hand, if you want to pursue a career in academics field then it would be a good idea to pursue M.Com.

However, as a better suggestion, you can opt for a professional certification like CPA (CA equivalent in US/AUS/CAN/NZ/UK) or CMA (US equivalent of ICWA) instead of M.Com.
