If you an interest in Diploma in financial management and accounting, you can surely go for it. Admission is based on the marks obtained in 10+2 or Equivalent.

The criteria differ from one institute to another institute. Some might accept your admission on the basis of your merit, while others might conduct an entrance exam. The fee will differ too. You need to mention the college or institute where you wish to apply for a detailed information.

As such, there is no specific criteria for pursuing M.Com, only 1 thing you need to take care of, is you have to inform this to the institute i.e. ICAI that you are pursuing M.Com along with CA course in form 102. And, you can continue with both the degree.
