No, there is no entrance test but there is a minimum eligibility of 50% marks for taking admission in the course.

Hello,
The minimum qualification for admission to M.Phil programme will be at least 55% marks in the aggregate in M.Com/ MIB/ MHROD/ MFC/ MBA and other such degrees which are equivalent to the MBA degree of the University of Delhi and other Indian universities. However, the candidates with degrees other than M.Com.

With regards to the 1st question, one can always call ILS and understand or just pay a visit to ILS.
Diploma is a residential course.
For the 2nd question, no education goes waste, is all that I can say. Whether it is useful or not is a personal prerogative, given the career choices one has.

The fees for this course is not very high. It is below 10000, so every student can pay their fee. They add tutorial fee in the total fee so that students take a tutorial every week of every subject. It is feasible for every student. The fee structure is very good, not very expensive. Regards.
