Hi Pahi,
Yes, you can certainly apply for M.Com in finance at Dibrugarh University. A candidate who has cleared B.Com, BMS or BBA with at least 50% marks is eligible to pursue the course.

Full-fledged experience can be obtained by working and getting the experience. Not by studying. You can go for the courses that you are interested in. MBA and M.Com can help you get the professional degrees for sure. But if you want to get the experiences you will have to move in the market. Select the stream of your area of interest which will help you further in future.

Yes, you can go for MBA after M.Com. You need to clear MBA entrance exam, CAT is a preferred option. You can start preparation for CAT/other exams. Do join a good test series for CAT like exam preparation. You can also look for distance/ part-time MBA option.

Yes, you will be getting a seat on the basis of either your M.Com marks or your LPU-NEST score (if you opt for it). It'll depend on your marks that you'll get the desired seat but perform better so that you can score well and get a good scholarship as well.
