Andhra University prescribes elaborated AUCET syllabus for each paper. However, AUCET 2018 syllabus is not out yet. Therefore, given below at the link provided below is AUCET 2017 syllabus for each paper. The eligibility criteria of M.Com in Calcutta University is as follows:
Three years B.Com Honours Graduates of the Current year or immediately previous year under Calcutta University
or
Honours graduates in Commerce from other recognised Universities
or
Candidates; having graduated with Major Course in the current year or immediately previous year from Universities other than Calcutta University are also eligible, subject to the decision of the decision of C. You can go ahead if you are comfortable pacing with the two programs. M.Com is a degree that focuses on commerce, management and economics related subjects which can help boost your I. C. W. A professional degree. So, it is actually a good idea to pursue both to enhance your career scope but again, It is all about time and pace management.

No, you cannot pursue M.Com after studying BBA. Candidates who study B.Com are eligible for studying M.Com. However, you are eligible for studying MBA.

It completely depends upon the college and the university you are willing to apply for. Generally, pass marks or marks to sustain honors are enough. However, in some universities there are certain criteria. For example, under Calcutta University a minimum of 45% marks is required in some colleges to apply for M.Com.
