The situation is such as that MBA and M.Com are not offered by Langara and hence, unfortunately you cannot apply nor get admission since the courses don't exist. Please always check the college or university websites for better clarification. In case you missed, check here:

As per current UGC guidelines, enrolment in two regular degree courses simultaneously is not allowed in same or two different universities.

Hi Umesh,
Unfortunately, you cannot pursue B.Tech after M.Com. If you had PCM in 12th you may have a chance but there is a little possibility with the amount of gap you have.
