Yes, it will. This course focuses on accounts, finance, billings, and cost management of a company and preparation of papers for audit. The candidate is evaluated on the basis of practical and theoretical performances in each half yearly semester. They are graded according to their performances.

Instead of thinking about what is best, think about how you can get the best. Every course is unique in itself and has respective opportunities. MBA opens a lot of opportunities in various functional areas which you aspire to work in like marketing, finance, HR, operations, etc., whereas, M.Com would enable you to get entry-level jobs in various organizations. Both courses have their respective policies and advantages.

A candidate who has passed any undergraduate degree examination in (BCom / BBM / BBA) with 50 % aggregate marks from any recognised University in India or abroad recognised by UGC / AIU are eligible to apply.
(Applicants who are in the final year of their studies should have secured 50% or above aggregate in all the Semesters / Years of Undergraduate Examinations conducted so far) Students appearing for their final degree examinations in March-May 2016 are also eligible to apply.

Doing M.Com would give you a Masers degree and doing LLB will give you a Bachelors degree in law.
