You need to appear in various National Level Competitive Exams to get a job in Banking Sector.
For that, if you want to do MBA then surely go for MBA in Accounting & Finance or Banking if available.

Going for MBA in finance would be a better choice. However, if your inclination in towards M.com then even it is good. Try doing it full time instead of distance as the teaching methodology highly varies in both the process.

Both the fields are having scope, knowledge and job profile for your future career. But according to growth, job profile and placement, I would recommend MBA programme in the following specialisation:
Finance
International Business
Marketing
Business analytics
Insurance
Media Management
Fashion Management
Rural management

For M.Com admission, the eligibility criteria is minimum 50% of aggregate marks in B.Com or above. For the academic session June 2017, Mumbai University will start its admission process by April and ends by May.
