MBA is a better option and having great industry exposure. You might have to pay more for MBA and less for M.Com, but after the completion of MBA and M.Com, the ROI for MBA will be more.

A minimum percentage is 55+ in PG. Later, you have to qualify in NET. It is very good, if you have a PhD and research publications. Qualifications are similar Degree and PG colleges and Universities, governed by UGC scales.

You would not be able to get admission in any top tier MBA colleges. I would suggest you to retake CAT exam and aim for FMS.
