After M.Com you may think of M Phil or PhD. MBA in finance is certainly a good option for B.Com graduates. CA, CWA or CS can be pursued along with or post a qualification. ACCA, CIMA, etc. are international certifications. Computerised financing courses such as Tally and Peach are also useful.

In my view, if you can give one more dedicated try for CAT and score a good percentile. M.Com will be an option open for you next year too, assuming you don't have a long gap in your education.

M.Com from DU SOL is a better option over IGNOU because of the brand image of DU which will be good for your long-term career growth.

Hello Manuraj,
If you're able to get admission into top B-Schools in India, then you may go for MBA. Else, I would suggest you to go for a job first. The market is currently too saturated with people having Master's degree (M.Com, MBA, etc.) but with no experience. Gaining experience of minimum 3+ years will gain you an upper hand in terms of salary and career opportunities once you complete MBA.

It depends on your interest. If you want to pursue a professional course then opt for MBA. If you want to make your career in the teaching line or get a government job then pursue M.Com.

Hi,
Most of the Universities require minimum 55% in Master's degree as eligibility for M.Phil and few require minimum 60% in Master's degree.
All the best.
