15 years education or three years Bachelor's degree from India is accepted by many countries such as UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany to name a few. Your degree will be recognized abroad if granted by an accredited institute or university.

Course module is moreover same for all distance learning universities in M.Com course. Its just that you need to search a university with recognition,approachable and in your budget too like-
IGNOU
Himachal University
Madurai Kamesh
Karnataka Open University
MDU

If you score more than 55% in M.Com, you will be eligible for the exam called NET (National eligibility test). If you clear this examination, you can be a lecturer also.

Both are good for you. If you want to study more then you should go for CA, CS or ACCA courses. Otherwise, you can pursue MBA. You can opt MBA in finance and go for investment banking .
