If you are interested in accountancy, then you should pursue M.com. After M.Com you will get a job in the accounts department of a company or you can become a lecturer. If you score more than 55% in the final year of B.Com & qualify CAT with the good score, you can pursue MBA. You can get a job easily with the degree of MBA as compared to M.Com. It depends on your choice which course to select.

MBA and M.Com are Master degrees and before pursuing any Master degree, you should have a Bachelor degree.
