MCom is a step ahead of what u learn in BCom. Yeah you can call yourself to be a Masters Grad but other than these it has no much value in Job market as a fresher as the MNC treat BCom and MCom same for recruitment.
If you can observe MBA fresher is also treated the same these days.
At present MCom fresher is as equal as BCom grads in terms of corporate position and the pay package will also be as a fresher. It would be better if you can get work experience in the 2 years instead of MCom, and meanwhile you can take up a Masters course in Distance mode from good Universities. This would add value to the two years time.

The annual fee of IP University for the BE/BTech programme is around 2 to 7 lakhs, the fee for MBA is between 2 to 5 lakhs, for BBA it is 2 to 3 lakhs, for BCA it is around 1 to 3 lakhs, and for MCA it is around 1 to 4 lakhs.

The Indian Institutes of Management (Iims) do not consider the M.Com percentage for admission to their MBA programs. No, you cannot appear for the Common Admission Test CAT on the basis of your M.Com percentage. CAT is an entrance exam conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management (Iims) for admission to their MBA programs and other participating management institutes.
