Yes, pursuing a Master of Commerce M.Com degree through correspondence from Mumbai University after completing a Bachelor of Commerce B.Com degree through regular mode would be considered as 16 years of education. In India, the 16-year education system is the minimum requirement for admission to most postgraduate programs, including M.Com. There are very few colleges which provides this type of facility, but if you are able to find any college, which provide this course, so yes you can be able to leave the university in three year and you will be able to get your required job, and sometimes they require experience also for jobs, so you need to do some internships also.

Well, for getting a job in the banking industry graduation is sufficient provided you acquire the ability to cross the hurdles of written test and interview etc. After joining the bank, the PG Diploma in banking and finance would serve better towards achieving greater heights in the banking industry. Hope I could throw some light.

After doing M.Phil you may not need to give the written, but it is necessary to give NET for taking admission in Ph.D. after going M.Com it's compulsory to give the UGC exam. And it was suggested to you to give NET exam before Ph.D.

As Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection is a certification or Diploma skill course for 3-6 months, one has to complete graduation in commerce, accounting, or finance. So you are eligible. Hope this answer helps.
