I think B.Ed Is a compulsory course for getting a professional Teaching Profession in a college as only M.Com degree is not sufficient to become a professional Teacher.

IGNOU is a very slow working University you can contact to the office in ingnou otherwise you can wait for some time because there work is very slow.
