Aspiring candidates should have passed a bachelor's degree (like MBBS, MBBS (AM), BAMS, BASM, BUMS etc.) in any recognised system of medicine, such as Allopathy, Homoeopathy, Ayurvedic, Unani, Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM), etc., with minimum 55% marks.

Only medical schools in the US that have received LCME accreditation are permitted to award the MD degree. It is a doctoral degree that entitles the holder to use the title "Doctor. "
Your query suggests that there are certain MS who specialise in alternative therapies. Evidence-based medicine is taught in medical schools. Alternative medicine is inherently not supported by scientific research. There is no "MD in alternative medicine, " however some doctors of medicine may incorporate alternative medicine into their practises.

As per the requirement of eligibility for alternative medicine by IBAM, yes but before going for it please consider that these courses are not considered to be medical education by The Council of Medicine. Also, you cannot use Dr. before your name.
