Hi,
You need to complete your MBBS first. However, there is no MBBS in Canada. You will be required to complete your Bachelor's degree first and clear the MCAT (also 65% is too low for admission into a medical school). Look for options in Australia or New Zealand. University of Canberra, Auckland University, Monash University and Australian National University are some of the options that you can consider.

For pursuing MD in anesthesiology, you need to pass MBBS and B.Sc students are not allowed to appear for MD. So Diploma is a better option for you. Best of luck!

To pursue MBBS in Australia, complete your Bachelor's degree with high percentage, take the UMAT and IELTS and apply for medical programs. UMAT is required to study MBBS in Australia. To pursue MD or practice medicine in Australia check with the Australian Medical Council, you must clear the very tough AMC Exam.
