Usually, a good college will not allow admission to candidates who do not have a Bachelors degree in design. Yet, you should check the eligibility criteria of various colleges where you wish to apply as every college has different criteria for admission. Also, if not Masters, I am sure you are eligible to get admission in Diploma courses.

The eligibility criteria differ in every institiute. Most institutes should accept your qualification as eligible for M.Des, yet I would advise you to go through the websites of the colleges where you're interested to seek admission. As far as NID is concerned, yes you are very much eligible.

It depends on the institution as the eligibility and admission criteria vary from one institute to another. Some institutes would accept only B. Des students for admission, while others welcome students from any discipline and background. You will have to check individually with the concerned college where you wish to apply.

It is definitely possible but each fashion institute has its own eligibility criteria. Some may allow admission to a candidate hailing from any educational background while others would prefer a candidate who has done graduation in design field itself. You will have to check the criteria of all the colleges that you are interested in. For example: Pearl Academy will not consider your application for the Masters programme but NID and NIFT would accept the application as the admission criteria is solely dependent on how you perform in the entrance exam.
