There are numerous question papers that you can find online regarding the entrance exams. There are also a few preparatory books you can find online (the one I personally used for B.Des was by the publisher Arihant). Work on your creative skills and general aptitude skills. Good luck.

Admission procedure and the requirements vary from university to university, certainly, most of them would require you to hold a relevant education qualification, also a portfolio must be provided as part of your application where you can show your creative skills and ideas.
