CEED 2023 qualifying cutoff was released in the form of mean deviation and standard deviation. The mean deviation of Part A stood at 22.59, while the standard deviation stood at 11.82. As per the CEED cutoff 2023, the qualifying marks were 24.58 marks for OPEN category candidates, 22.12 marks for OBC/ EWS, and 12.29 marks for SC/ ST/ PWD category candidates.IIT Bombay, the conducting body of CEED 2023 has released the CEED 2023 results on Mar 7, 2023 on the official website of CEED. Admission to IIT Hyderabad MDes is based on CEED scores followed by multiple rounds of counselling. CEED scorecards were made available online from Mar 11, 2023 onwards. Earlier, IIT Bombay released the CEED qualifying cutoff 2023 for Part A on Feb 9 on its official site at ceed.iitb.ac.in. 

NID Ahmedabad offers MDes in 7 specialisations to students which are Animation Film Design, Film & Video Communication, Graphic Design, Ceramic & Glass Design, Furniture & Interior Design, Product Design, and Textile Design. The duration of the course is for 2 years. Candidates need to clear the NID Entrance Exam. NID Ahmedabad eligibility and selection criteria for MDes course:Selection criteria: DAT Prelims (30% weightage) + DAT Mains (70% weightage, including studio test-40% and interview-30%)Eligibility: A pass in Bachelor's degree of a minimum of four-year duration in any stream or a full-time Diploma of four-year duration in Design, Fine Arts, Applied Arts and Architecture or three-year Bachelor's degree is required to apply for MDes course. Additionally, candidates must be born on or after July 1, 1992 (July 1, 1989 for SC/ ST).

The GAT paper for the M.Des programme will be of 120 minutes and will include 120 multiple-choice questions. The questions will be set in English and Hindi the candidate will be able to select their language at the time of filling out the application form. Questions will be asked from the following topics - Communication Ability, English Comprehension, Quantitative Ability, Analytical Ability, and GK and Current Affairs. The Communication Ability, English Comprehension, Quantitative Ability sections will each include 30 questions, whereas Analytical Ability will have 20 questions, and GK and Current Affairs will have 15 questions. The candidate must strictly follow the official exam pattern only, as questions will be asked as the given syllabus.
