In my opinion, if you are passionate about Travel/Tourism and like exploring different places, you should definitely opt for MTTM, whereas if you have a creative bent of mind, you should opt for M.Des. I have mentioned details regarding both courses so that it can help you decide between the two courses. MTTM: The programme consists of field trips and varied activities, requiring students to have the zeal to learn about the diversity of tourism industry. The future of mechanical engineering is very bright. Due to new technologies developing in India, the design engineers are now-a-days in high demand. Even the 3D printing technology requires a software crafted design for printing. Mechanical design engineers work in a wide range of industry-based companies which manufacture goods, including the automotive, construction, railway, and electronics industries.

Hi Riya!
It is definitely possible but each fashion institute has its own eligibility criteria. Some may allow admission to a candidate hailing from any educational background while others would prefer a candidate who has done graduation in design field itself. You will have to check the criteria of all the colleges that you are interested in. For example: Pearl Academy will not consider your application for the Masters programme but NID and NIFT would accept the application as the admission criteria is solely dependent on how you perform in the entrance exam. Hi Ashish!
If you have interest in design more than engineering, I don't see a reason why you can't pursue the course. Although you might face some difficulty to fulfill the admission criteria because some of the institutes prefer to admit students from design background only. Please check the eligibility criteria of the colleges that you are interested in, before applying. Hi,
I am not very sure whether one can get good placement opportunities after completing Masters from M. S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences or not. You should do it from a place where it's worth paying fees and you can get to learn enough. If you want to do Bachelor's in designing only then there are much better colleges for it like NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology ), NID (National Institute of Design), IIT-CEED (Common Entrance Examination for Design). These colleges are design specialised and will give you better career opportunities. These all are government colleges and comes under top 50 design colleges all over

Hi,
The placement opportunities given to the students in India after completing Masters of design from Sristi Institute of Art, Design and Technology are good because they believe that education is beyond instruction and skill, that knowledge is inherently integrated and complex and, hence, learning must be embedded in real-world problems and situations. They believe in looking beyond the origins of references and citations from scholarly texts and peer-reviewed journals, the references of artists and practitioners of the unschooled also contribute to learning.
They believe in extending education beyond the gated and the preserved, it sh
