No, M.Ed is a professional course, so should be pursued only through Regular Mode (Full-time/ Part-time) then only approved by NCTE.

Hi. Yes, IGNOU have correspondence M.Ed course. Eligibility:
Candidate should possess B.Ed degree with at least 55% aggregate of marks
Candidate should have two years teaching/professional experience after completion of B.Ed programme in a Government/Government recognised school/NCTE recognised teacher education/research institution in education
Only working teachers are eligible for admission to M.Ed programme
