Hi, if you want to apply in IGNOU for M.ED correspondence/distance education then you can visit their website for more details http://www.ignou.ac.in/ignou/aboutignou/school/soe/programmes/detail/71/2
and in Karnataka open university, they offer full time and regular course for it.

Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda application form will be the official website. Application Form 2019 will be available on the official website only through online process.
In the 3rd week of April 2019, the application form will be available.
