Correspondence is not valuable. It's better to go with B.Ed as M.Ed is possible only if you have a PG. And moreover, B.Ed is enough for joining as a teacher in a School.

Ph.D is a better option to become a degree college professor. You have to qualify entrance exam for it and then do it; it will improve your chances for selection. Good luck.

Candidates must possess two years Master's degree (minimum 55% aggregate) or M.Phil (minimum 50% aggregate) from any accredited Indian or foreign university in the relevant field with the required aggregate. However, in case of the Master's degree in the discipline of engineering and technology), an overall 60% aggregate is required at all academic levels.

You can go for MA for a bright career. For M.Ed, you should cleared Bachelors of Education i.e. B.Ed from a recognised institution with atleast 50% marks to be eligible to apply for this course. Students with a B.El.Ed Or BA in Education can also apply for the programme. Thanks!
