You have not provided enough details in your question, but still as a suggestion I recommend you to do M.Sc after B.Sc. And, enter the teaching field by clearing CET and NET.

The admissions usually start in the month of April-May. Every college follows a different schedule, so you need to decide on the college and thereafter check their dates and apply.

Eligibilty for IPU M.Ed:
Candidates should have obtained at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade in the following programmes: B.Ed/BA B.Ed/B.Sc B.Ed/B.El Ed/D.El.Ed with an under graduate degree (with 50% marks).

Duration Program Two academic years (with Four Semester) Full-time
You can do M.Ed from IGNOU.
The candidate needs to have completed B.Ed. with a minimum of fifty five percent marks. Also the candidate need to have a two years teaching/ professional experience after completion of B.Ed program in a Government/ Government recognized school/ NCTE recognized teacher education/ research institution in education.

You are eligible for MA in any stream, but not for M.Ed, because B.Ed is mandatory degree to pursue M.Ed. All the Best.
