This is the right time to take admission in M.Ed. But most of the university has done the entrance exam. First, check the course and university approval from the UGC site than follow the procedure for admission.

Both are good. But for pursuing M.Ed you will have to complete B.Ed and you should have teaching experience of minimum 2 years. So go for B.Ed and then plan for M.Ed.

No you cannot, because M.Ed is Masters in education, which anyone can pursue after having degree of B.Ed.
