As per the details available in the brochure and multiple online sources, candidates seeking admission to the MEd programme at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith Varanasi are required to apply online on the official website basis a university-level entrance exam. Those who qualify the exam and possess the basic minimum eligibility of having an undergraduate degree (B.Ed/ BA B.Ed/ BSc B.Ed/ B.El.Ed or D.El.Ed)  get admission to this course.

One of the additional components that the students are required to pay other than the tuition fee while taking admission is the college application fee which is different for different category students. The same for M.Ed ranges between INR 950 - INR 1,050 across different categories. This fee must be paid while filling out the online application form before submission. The total fee for MEd at MGKVP Varanasi is INR 6,380. This fee, however, is been sourced from unofficial websites on the internet. Hence, it can be considered indicative. For the exact fee for MEd, students are advised to visit the official website, check out the admission brochure or visit the admission office of MGKVP in person.
