Yes, it is possible but only in some private colleges. Other than that in central or any state run university or college you won't be able to take admission directly without giving any entrance test.

There are many institutes but you can't pursue M.Ed without B.Ed. IGNOU is the best option if you want to pursue B.Ed.

Hello,
If we talk about IGNOU. The Application Form will be made Available from the month of March 2020.
The Application will be accepted till month of April 2020.
The Entrance Exam will be held in the month of May 2020.
Results will be announced by 02nd week of June 2020.

Eligibility and Selection Procedure for MEd in North Eastern Hill University
Candidate seeking admission for M.Ed Programme should have obtained at least 50% marks equivalent grade in the following programmes:
(i) B.Ed
(ii) BA B.Ed, B.Sc B.Ed.
(iii) D.El.Ed with an undergraduate degree (with 50% marks in each)

Hello,
This is the eligibility requried B.Ed with aggregate 50%. You can do a Masters Education without a B.Ed. You just need a first degree. However, admission requirements differ from university to university. However, to answer your question more directly, no you do not need a B.Ed to do a M.Ed. Click on the link to know more about M.
