Government University also conduct their own exam, but they prefer GPAT scorecard student. So, I suggest you prepare for GPAT because 1) you will get thel stipend 2) government University first give weightage to those student who crack GPAT. It will also help you in the future research work.

The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / R&D areas, then M.Pharma would be a better option. However, if you want to move into general management / operations side, then MBA would be better.
