Yes, you can do M.Phil. The requirement for doing M.Phil is that you have to pass in any degree which is equivalent to MBA and you have the degree which is equivalent to MBA, therefore you can do this.

Yes, you are eligible to appear for the NTA UGC NET under Commerce subject. As per the rules of the NTA candidates who have qualified or qualifying their Post-Graduation are eligible to appear in the UGC NET Exam. The minimum qualifying marks in Post-graduation is 55% (general) and 50% (other-category)

NTA conducts the UGC NET Exam twice in a year in the month of June and December, with more than 80 subjects. Yes, you can apply for the UGC NET exam, because for Assistant Professor there is no age limit. But, make sure you can fulfill other eligibility criteria also. You can get the complete details related to the NTA NET exam from - https://scoop.eduncle.com/ugc-net-exam must visit to get updated. As per the exam guidelines, you should have Master's degree to appear for the NTA NET 2019 exam with minimum 55% aggregate marks if they belong to General category or minimum 50% aggregate marks if they are from OBC/SC/ST/PwD/Transgender category.
