Different colleges open their admission in different months for M.Phil. Like for example, in Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research, Mumbai, it starts in the month of April. So, you need to be more specific about the place and college where you are looking for admission.

M.Phil (Commerce) is a two-year post-graduation course. M.Phil i.e. Master of Philosophy is an advanced postgraduate research degree. Philosophy is idea about human nature and the nature of reality we live. M.Phil is taken only after completing Master's degree. Hi,
The admissions are open for the course. You just have to clear the Jamia Milia Islamia entrance, then on the basis of entrance, a merit list is given if you are in that you are eligible for admission.
