M.Plan Eligibility

The IIEST Shibpur MPlan application process is done online through its official website. Students must complete the registration process. Fill out the application form and submit it along with the required documents along with the application fee. Once selected, the application process is concluded, and the institute will prepare and release a merit list based on the scores obtained in the accepted examination. Those who are shortlisted, need to report to the institute for document verification for final admission. However, the confirmation is given by the institute after the submission of the prescribed IIEST Shibpur MPlan fees.

The detailed eligibility is mentioned below:Candidates with a regular Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in the Architecture / Civil Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Construction Technology / Planning / Urban Design / Masters Degree in Geomatics / Geo-informatics / Geographical Information System / Masters Degree (or equivalent) in Geography, Economics or Sociology from a recognised Institution / University are eligible. Candidates seeking admission are required to have secured minimum 50% aggregate (45% for the candidates from reserved category) at graduation level. Furthermore, the final year students are also eligible to apply for course. However, such candidates must have completed (passed) their Graduation before the commencement of programme.
