Yes, you can apply elsewhere as you need a pass with 50% aggregate marks in B.Arch. Or B.Plan. Or B.Tech. (Civil Engineering or Planning) You can browse some good college websites which have the best academics and is of repute so that it can give the best academic excellence in the form of best faculty who are there to help you. Added to this, well-equipped labs and library. Exposure of the students to the world market and a wide platform for the student to deal with the world level activities is a must. No, the entrance test is mandatory for admission. But, you can try for management quota seats every college have some, but they will take extra money for that. All the best.

Yes, you can join. School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi offers M.Plan with specialisation in Environment planning, Housing, Regional planning, Transport planning and Urban planning. The eligibility criteria for M.Plan is regular BE/B.Tech in B.Arch. / B. Plan. Or B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum 55% aggregate.
